If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 14 days to return it and request a refund of your purchase price.
After processing your request, you will receive an RMA number from us. Only when you have received this number can you return your item to us.
A return note is enclosed with your delivery, please fill it out and enclose it with the return.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to you via your chosen payment method.
